Is your case stuck in administrative process? We can help you by completing this form.

What is InfoPass?

USCIS will not meet with an immigrant or anyone needing immigration advice unless they have an appointment. The way to make an appointment is called the InfoPass system. In order to sign up for an InfoPass appointment, you will need the case number, the alien number and will need to provide some basic information about the case.

You can access the InfoPass system here. At the St. Louis field office of USCIS, you can make an appointment on the InfoPass kiosk outside the USCIS office on the second floor of the Robert A. Young building.

If you need assistance with an InfoPass appointment or some other aspect of the immigration process, feel free to contact St. Louis immigration attorney Jim Hacking. You can call us at 1-314-961-8200 or visit our contact page here.
