About Jim Hacking

Jim Hacking is an American Immigration Lawyer. He founded his own law firm,  Hacking Immigration Law, LLC, in 2007. He graduated in 1997 from the Saint Louis University School of Law. He was named the Best Lawyer in St. Louis by the Riverfront Times (twice).

Let me introduce myself

Like you, my career in the legal immigration industry can be distilled down to a few major talking points.

I graduated in 1997 from the Saint Louis University School of Law. I opened my own law firm, Hacking Immigration Law, LLC, in 2007. I was named the Best Lawyer in St. Louis by the Riverfront Times (twice).

I opened Hacking Immigration Law, LLC in 2007, and I have been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 2008.

One of my favorite things to do is suing USCIS. Filing a Delay Lawsuit. And it is not just my favorite but the practice I have become an expert. We have sued USCIS over 1500+ times, so I know that is the only action proven to force USCIS to decide your case.
