I Did an intake interview back in December for a very sentive Vawa case(violence against woman act) with JUAN. I have Never heard back from this law firm.
Thankfully I found another law firm willing to help me.
But don’t let a men do this type of interview it’s very uncomfortable and then not even reach out!
Just leave on waiting for a response?!
It’s was an awful thing to do.
Especially to someone that’s already going through so much!
Again don’t let a men do the intake interview with woman’s that have been abused by men already, have also some empathy and respect!
That interview was SO UNCOMFORTABLE!
His whole tone made me feel I was to blame for what has happened!

I entered the United States in year 2023 with a B1/B2 visa I have been traveling to United States since 2001 I never over stayed my visa I have travelled to over 100 countries all over the Globe this time also I had no intention to stay back here then I met my wife at the place I was working and we eventually fall in love and decided to get married I filed my I 130,I 485 and I 765 I got my EAD approved within couple of months after filing and unfortunately I received RFE for I 864 and medical and my birth certificate my previous attorney responded and I got my I 485 denied I was really not in a good situation it all happened because my previous attorney made a mistake in responding to my RFE to USCIS and then I came in contact with Hacking Immigration Law where I was exchanging emails with Mr. Jim hacking and his team and eventually we decided to refile my I 485 and I 765 with a team of Jim hacking,attorney Christina who is in their San Diego office and Miss Tamara I should mention the whole Miss Yani Mercedes in accounts department Miss Lady at reception all of them were extremely helpful anyways let’s cut this short we re applied and received a letter for interview and everything was so precise and smooth Mr. Jim hacking was with us for the interview and I was approved for 10 years green card I can’t thank enough to attorney Christina who guided everything Miss Tamara and last but not the least Jim guys if you have any situation provided your case is genuine look no where else find Hacking Immigration they are the best.

Wish I could leave more then 5 stars! me and my fiancé
are doing the k1 visa and the process is only around
half done so far but this team has been fantastic!! they have been kind,

They did our marriage based green card. We filed 12/26/24, and got the green card 7/22/25. They did a great job, it was handled seamlessly and quick. I plan to hire them again. They don't make any bilingual accomodations for Spanish speaking clients, one thing that i thought was kinda missing. They also aren't the most jovial, but they know their business and they want to get every case approved. Highly recommend.

We hired them early 2024 for a Marriage based GC. By the end of March the same year everything was filed. Less than a year later we got our GC and even got work permit and advanced parole only 3 months after filing. The team know what they are doing ! Tom was our attorney and we couldn't be more pleased. They have payment options too and a FB page called "Immigrants home" where Jim shares a lot of his knowledge for free. Who Is This For?

Congress has enacted laws that empower individuals like you who have been waiting too long to walk into federal court and ask the judge to force USCIS to decide on long-pending citizenship or lawful permanent resident case.

For instance, if you have had your naturalization interview and more than 120 days (4 months) have passed, the law says that you can ask a federal judge to naturalize you or to order USCIS to rule on your naturalization application immediately.
If USCIS has refused to schedule your naturalization interview, the law says that you may be able to go into court and ask the judge to force USCIS to take action on your case.

My green card application has been pending for over a year. What can I do?
