We used Jim's services for a Green Card application. Jim is very personable and down-to-earth and does a great job explaining the legal procedures to his clients. He provides realistic timeframes and is clearly very knowledgeable about immigration law. He prepped us well for our green card interview (setting expectations, what to bring, etc), and accompanied us in the interview and kept us relaxed. This is a small practice so they may occasionally need a nudge to respond to an email or phone call, but when it comes to the important paperwork they get that moving timely.
