Kyle Becomes a Permanent Resident!

Spread the love
Kyle is from South Africa.

He had the opportunity to come to the United States on an F1 visa and study at Truman State University.

Kyle received his bachelor's degree in communication journalism and is continuing his studies for a master's degree in international affairs at Washington University in St. Louis.

In July of 2018, Kyle met Tiffany online.

Tiffany is a U.S. citizen that was working at the University of Missouri - St. Louis.

After talking online, they met each other in person in September 2018.

Kyle and Tiffany began dating shortly after, and they fell in love.

In May of 2019, Kyle proposed to Tiffany outside of a church.

In June, Tiffany and Kyle reached out to the Hacking Immigration Law team to assist Kyle in obtaining his permanent residency status.

They were married in July of 2019 at the St. Gerard Catholic Church.

Attorney Amany Ragab Hacking represented them throughout the process.

They received an interview notice for December of 2019.

Kyle was approved!

Earlier this month, Kyle received his marriage-based green card.

We are so happy we were able to help this couple.

Congratulations Kyle and Tiffany!
