How can I check on my pending immigration case at USCIS?

The U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Service has a website that will allow you to check on a pending immigration case. The website is https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard.do. You will need your receipt number. You can also sign up to receive emails or text message alerts regarding your case.

The immigration attorneys at Hacking Immigration Law, LLC, use this USCIS portal to remain updated on client cases. Although the system is not perfect, it helps in tracking cases and allows us to provide our clients with the most up-to-date information as possible.
